Whole-home renovations in Snohomish County, WA
Some houses need more than one room updated. If your home has good bones but a layout that doesn't work anymore, a whole-home remodel can make it feel brand new without the cost of starting over. We take on open-concept conversions, new flooring throughout, updated electrical and plumbing, and the finish work that ties it all together. And if we find something behind the walls, like rot or old wiring, we show you and price it before we touch it.
What a whole-home remodel can include
- Open-concept conversions and moving walls
- New flooring throughout
- Updated electrical and plumbing
- Kitchens and bathrooms as part of the bigger job
- Trim and finish work that makes it all feel like one house
Living through it
For most remodels you can stay in the house. We seal off the work area with dust barriers, keep a clear path through the house, protect your floors and clean up at the end of every workday. Our crews typically work 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and we'll schedule the loud work around you where we can.

Common questions
Is it cheaper to remodel or build new?
Remodeling is usually cheaper when the house has good bones and you mainly want to update or rework the space. Building new starts to make sense when you'd be changing almost everything, or when the foundation or structure has serious problems. We'll give you an honest read on which way makes more sense for your home.
What if you find a problem behind the walls?
Older homes around here sometimes hide rot, old wiring or plumbing that isn't up to code. If we find something, we stop, show you photos, explain your options and price it before doing anything. We recommend keeping 10 to 15 percent of your budget set aside for surprises like this.
What happens if I want to change something mid-project?
That's normal, and we plan for it. Any change gets written up as a change order with the price and any schedule impact, and nothing moves forward until you sign off. No surprise charges on the final bill.
How will I know what's happening on my project?
You'll have a direct line to us. We give regular updates on progress and what's coming next, and we'll always call you right away if something needs a decision.
