Bathroom remodeling in Snohomish County, WA
From a dated hall bath to a primary suite you actually want to spend time in, we handle bathroom remodels start to finish. That includes demo, plumbing, tile, vanities, showers and tubs, lighting and ventilation. We pay close attention to waterproofing and moisture control, because in the Pacific Northwest that's what keeps a bathroom looking good for decades instead of a few years.
What a bathroom remodel can include
- Demo, down to the studs when it's needed
- Showers, tubs, vanities and plumbing
- Tile, with waterproofing behind it
- Lighting and ventilation
- Permits for plumbing and electrical changes
Built for a wet climate
Most bathroom trouble starts with water getting somewhere it shouldn't. That's why we take waterproofing and ventilation seriously on every bathroom, not just the big ones. And if demo turns up rot or old plumbing, we stop, show you photos and price the fix before we do anything about it.

Common questions
Do I need a permit for my remodel?
If you're moving walls, adding or changing plumbing or electrical, building an addition, or putting on most decks, yes. Swapping cabinets or countertops in the same spot usually doesn't need one. Each city, and Snohomish County for unincorporated areas, has its own rules, so we check before we quote.
What if you find a problem behind the walls?
Older homes around here sometimes hide rot, old wiring or plumbing that isn't up to code. If we find something, we stop, show you photos, explain your options and price it before doing anything. We recommend keeping 10 to 15 percent of your budget set aside for surprises like this.
Can I live in my house during a remodel?
For most remodels, yes. We seal off the work area with dust barriers, keep a clear path through the house, and plan around your daily routine. During a kitchen remodel we can help you set up a temporary kitchen, like a microwave, fridge and coffee maker, in another room.
Do you use subcontractors?
Yes, for specialty trades like electrical, plumbing and HVAC, which have to be done by licensed specialists in Washington. We use the same trusted crews job after job, and we manage and inspect their work. You deal with us, and we stay responsible for the whole job.
